The expectations from the candidate are as mentioned below:
Product Development:

• The candidate should have worked on development any of electronic Payment systems i.e. Mobile Banking, Wallets, Internet Banking etc.
• The candidate should be able to identify the requirements of stakeholders and should have experience in writing BRDs and product manuals.
• The candidate should have an good understanding of clearing, settlement and dispute process and should have worked hands on in development of such systems.
• The candidate should have an understanding of reconciliation module.

Product Management:

• The candidate should be able to liaise with Business, Technology and Operations team to provide the seamless handholding and service to the stakeholders.
• Candidate should have excellent analytical skills to interpret the issues (technical or non-technical) basis the operational data and generate new ideas for product enhancements.

Miscellaneous:

• Candidate should necessarily have engineering background
• Candidate should have excellent MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills
• Candidate should have good communication skills
