Qualification and Experience: MBA HR /MSW with atleast 2 years experience of working in HR function.Candidates should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Remuneration: 2.5 lakhs-3 lakhs per annum.
Job Description: Translate the organization strategy and goals into an HR strategy.Drive the recruitment process.Develop plans and implement it to generate a talent pipeline for core functions.Develop procedures to cost effectively hire resources in specified time frame.Implement the HR policies and processes and review it periodically for any amendments.Implement the grievance procedure across the organisation to enhance employee satisfaction.Implement the disciplinary procedure across the Organisation to maintain discipline in the Organisation.Implement the Performance Management System including promotions and increment.
