HDFC LIFE Insurance Company is the insurance division of HDFC group. Each month more than 150 freshers are recruited for SALES TRAINEE job across India and given training at Manipal University Bangalore Campus for 4 months (food & accomodation is free). This Training is a paid training where candidates have to pay Rs.1,65,200 as course fees to Manipal university. Training happens for Freshers at Manipal University campus - which is a world class training Facility. After successful completion of training and Internship (approx. 1 year), candidates are absorbed into HDFC LIFE with an assured salary of 3.0 Lakhs per annum. Majority of your course fee will be re – paid to you within first year. More than 2000 candidates have successfully completed this program and are working at various locations across HDFC Life Insurance Company.

At the end of one year ,You will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance (PGDI) Degree from Manipal University.
