HIRING FOR BELOW DOMAINS:
BACKEND / NON-VOICE:
Claims Processing & Adjudication
Analyze the Policy document and make decision on claims eligibility
Work on the commission reports sent by the client
Good communication skills will be preferred
CUSTOMER SERVICE or TECH SUPPORT
Understand the customer's query and provide assistance by logging service tickets thereby ensuring timely resolution
View Information from various applications and update the records accurately
Meet process target standards with high Fatal error accuracy and Overall Accuracy
Its a blended process with 80% voice & 20% emails catering to service request related to Inkjet & Laser Printer/Digital copiers/Fax machines/ Camera/Camcorder etc.
GENERAL ACCOUNTS-
General Ledger Maintenance (Cost center, Company code, account, project code, intercompany).
Open/Close GL period
Monthly /Quarterly reports and roll forwards.
Balance sheet reconciliations
Closing & Reporting
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE-
Invoice Processing in SAP
PO/ Non PO Processing
Critical Vendor, Vendor reconciliations
Manage incoming queries & invoice processing
Handle vendor master maintenance
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES-
Collect on past due invoices
Maintain customers profile and portfolio effectively
Provide update on accounts to the customer
Complete ownership on individual portfolio of accounts
Ability to make good number of calls to the customers to understand the reason for due amount
