Job Description :

• Its a B2B collections , with lucrative incentives.
• Review accounts and call on delinquent customers.
• Receive phone calls to collect / resolve delinquent customer queries.
• Customer Service For Credit Cards (US Bank) 
• Handle card and banking Queries.
• Provide Support in inbound call center.

Skill Sets : 

• Candidate (both freshers and experienced) with excellent communication skills require.
• Experience in International Voice would be preferred.
• Candidate should be flexible with night shifts.
