*5-9 years of experience in the following areas:
*Strong in OOP, Design Patterns, Java, J2EE and Web Services
*Must have experience with Struts. Spring and Hibernate experience *JSON/XML technologies 
*Ability to troubleshooting efforts upon project delivery (post development); 
*Rest Service development using Spring
*Databases - Working knowledge of SQL and databases (Oracle / MSSQL / Informix)
*Unix/Linux - Working knowledge

*Experience with agile software development methodologies. *Working knowledge on javascript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, jsp. *Strong communication skills. *Ability to work in a distributed team environment.
