Review Closing conditions 
Evaluate 1003 and understand Escrow services.
Perform Closing function for Conventional, Retail loans, review closing documents to ensure that they are ready for funding

3. JD for HUD
1-2 Years experience in HUD Preparation
Good communication.
Flexible for ANY shift (UK/US/IST)

4. JD for Title Search
Experience in US Mortgage Title Search Process
Knowledge in using NetroOnline Application
Good Typing and Communication skill
