Job Description

ResponsibilitiesUX design leadership Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, UI architects and engineers, to contribute to a wide range of projects across an extensive client list and deliver intuitive and compelling user experiencesWhile this is not a UI engineering position, you should be comfortable discussing implementation issues with UI engineersDevelop reusable design patterns and components for varied product needsLeading and nurturing UX design team Showcase full-cycle leadership to the UX design team by leading, mentoring and supporting the team on complex user research and interaction design projectsWorking with customer for understanding, capturing and even defining the requirementsWorking with the team to define the architecture, user flows and experiences to solve customer requirements and enhance user experienceHelping create information design concepts by means of maps, story boards, sketches and prototypingContribute to new business activities by working closely with pre-sales, and assisting in writing proposals and giving UX pitch presentationsBecome an evangelist for user experience internally and externally.Proven capability to work across multiple domains
