Excellent communication skills (both Verbal and written)6 10 years of professional experience in Creative/Web design-development fieldPrevious people/project management/creative visualizer experience is mustStrong aesthetics sense and high level of comfort on using Adobe Creative Suite Worked as Graphics/Web designer or in a similar role over the pastExpert level of experience in web designAbility to conceptualize/create design/understand clients requirement/handle and deliver website designing solutions independentlySelf-motivated and quick learner with a positive attitude Great time management and organizational skillsStrong business acumenDegree/Diploma in design/visual communication from a reputed institute or BFA/MFA on will be a plusPosition Duties:Understand and conceptualize clients requirement in various aspects of designing and getting it implementedMaintain strong coordination with inter-department and other in India/USWork closely with the team help the team to set up a benchmark, guide team with knowledge and experienceWork on clients projects to help team achieve timeline and SLDirectly manage daily tasks, assignments and ensure timely delivery of projectsShare product/strategy and any other important updates and information with the entire groupCoach, mentor, provide feedback and help improving productivity and technical knowledge of the teamMake managerial decisions whenever required and assist existing team with daily queries
