Minimum Work Experience: Individuals having at least 20 years of experience in matters relating to Court Cases, Recruitment Rules, Vigilance/Disciplinary matters and other Administration/Establishment cases etc. Proficient in MS Office Suite and other computer applications relevant to office. Well acquainted with the functioning of Central Government. Knowledge of Budget, Parliament question, RTI and working experience in e-office.
Desirable Knowledge and skills: Retired Government Servants with Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/- (6th CPC) and above having experience of at least 5 years in the required domain field, with a maximum age limit of 65 years, would also be eligible for the position, in respect of projects, schemes or programmes in the Water Resources Sector II. Strong written and communication skills. Analytical and presentation skills with ability to generate a well researched written report.Preparation of Reports/Reviews/Notes/Briefs etc.

Selection Procedure
All applications so received will be short-listed, based on requisite eligibility and only short-listed candidates will be called for personal interview on an specified date. The selection shall be made on the basis of recommendations of Consultant Evaluation Committee (CEC) constituted for the purpose by the Ministry. The Ministry will issue communication to the selected Consultants/Young Professionals to join.
The candidate will be required to produce original certificates in support of fulfilling the eligibility criteria, educational qualification and experience during interview and at the time of joining.
