ii) Proof of Date of Birth {any one of Birth Certificate, Std X- TC, Matric mark list}.
iii) Transfer Certificate /School Leaving Certificate (last studied). iv) SC/ST/OBC certificate in the format as prescribed in the Central Government order, if required.
v) Department / Government service candidates must enclose a No Objection Certificate from the employer.
vi) Necessary testimonials concerning the Sports activities up to the date of application.
vii) Certificates in language other than English or Hindi should be accompanied by an attested translation in English / Hindi.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

The candidates applying for the post should ensure that they fulfil the eligibility conditions at the time of submission of applications
The candidate will have to make their own arrangements for their stay at Chennai or the place indicated for a few days while attending Trial / Interview. No TA/DA/ Accommodation will be given for appearing in the selection/ trial/ interview
Candidates may note that submitting fake / forged documents or any information furnished being found false or incorrect, his candidature / application is liable to be cancelled / terminated without any notice at any stage i.e. Trial / Interview / Empanelment /After Appointment. Further, such candidates are liable for criminal prosecution.
Incomplete/illegible applications and applications without requisite enclosures will be rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Candidates selected against Sports quota shall execute a Service Bond to serve this organisation for a period of 5 years.

Selection Procedure

The candidates, who apply in response to this notification and are found eligible for consideration for appointment against sports quota will be assessed based on their performance during Trial & Interview .
MEDICAL EXAMINATION  : Selected candidates will have to undergo medical examination and found fit for the medical classification prescribed for the post.

How to Apply

If a candidate is applying for more than one game/event, then he should submit separate application for each of the game.
Applications should be strictly in the prescribed format as appended, shall be filled in A-4 size GSM Bond paper.

One passport size photograph should be pasted on the application form at the space specified
The application should be sent along with the above enclosures, duly self-attested. On top of the envelope Page 6 "Application for Sports Recruitment (Talent Scouting)” should be written in Block letters and write the category applied for.
