Job Description:
- Creation, maintenance of client account details, SSIs, etc
- Entering key personal information onto systems and checking / sampling other colleagues work for accuracy.
- Meet the TAT and error free delivery
- Navigate through different applications and data collection sources
- Demonstrate a high standard for customer service and proactively managing work queues and general maintenance of client records
- Provide training to new staffs if required
- Contribute to process streamlining and improvement
- Work as a team player
- Ability to research on own and good analytical skills
- Interact with internal and external clients to get relevant information and clarity of the work flow if required.
- Candidate should be willing to work in US shifts .
