DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENT

How to Apply

Selection Procedure

Mode of selection for the Information Technology Stream will be On-Line Examination and Interview as under: On-Line Examination: An online examination of two hours and 30 minutes duration consisting of Objective type (Multiple Choice) questions for 200 marks will be held on October 29, 2017. Interview: On fulfilling the criteria of minimum cut off marks in each subject, candidates will be shortlisted based on Group Performance as decided by SEBI
List of candidates shortlisted for interview will be made available on SEBI website. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Application fee shall not be refunded to the candidates not shortlisted for the interview.

How to Apply

Candidates are required to apply On-Line through the website www.sebi.gov.in from September 09, 2017 to September 29, 2017 and no other mode of application will be accepted. Candidates need not submit the system generated print out of the ON-LINE application to SEBI's office.

Scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications as given under Guidelines for uploading of photograph & signature scan.
Have a valid personal email ID and mobile number, which should be kept active till the completion of this Recruitment Process. SEBI may send call letters for the Interview etc., through the registered e-mail ID. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID and mobile number before applying on-line and must maintain that email account and mobile number. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share/mention e-mail ID to/ of any other person.

Process of Selection :

Selection Procedure

The Selection Process consists of marks obtained (out of 100) in the corresponding paper of GATE 2018, Group Discussion & Personal Interview. Eligible candidates will have to appear for the corresponding paper of GATE 2018, i.e. Electrical Engineering (EE)/ Electronics and Communication (EC) / Civil Engineering (CE)/ Computer Science and Information Technology (CS) Candidates qualified in corresponding paper of GATE 2018 shall only be eligible to be considered for the next stage of selection.
